Saturday training rides leaving from Cups & Cones:
- 7:30 am – Let’s go on our expanded dam loop which takes us up Mt. Bonnell and over to Westlake and Cuernavaca finishing with a tailwind push home. The route is 60 miles and can be found here https://www.strava.com/routes/14714375.
- Endurance Pace Group leaves at 8:30 am for an out and back to the Arboretum…speed should average around 15-17mph. (best attempt for a no drop ride)
After the ride, we meet up at Lakeside for some discounted breakfast tacos, burgers and beer!
Sunday is our coffee shop training ride to Lamppost starting at 7:30 am from C&C. It is 50 miles and is at an endurance pace typically finishing around a 17mph average speed.
