This weekend’s rides: Down Redbud! Russell’s!

Reminder: We will be celebrating our friend John Nadolski this evening at Lakeside at 5:30pm. I believe we will have the upstairs area. Come join us and say goodbye to John as he moves out of Texas.

Saturday will be hot as balls. There is no way around that, unless you chicken out which is lame. Come sweat with us on a nice ride that takes us down Redbud trail in a modified anti-clockwise dam loop. The route is only 57 miles and can be found here: https://www.strava.com/routes/6005513. After the ride we meet up at Lakeside for some discounted burgers and beer!

Sunday is our more casual Coffee Shop ride that will take us to Russell’s for some awesome pastries and coffee. The route is 50 miles and can be found here: https://www.strava.com/routes/9745451 . This ride is at an endurance pace typically finishing around a 17mph average speed overall. While we make great efforts to keep the group together, this is NOT a no drop ride. If you cannot hang with the group after repeated regrouping, you may get dropped.

Both rides leave from Cups & Cones at 7:30 am. Come early on Saturdays to grab some coffee, kolaches, and donuts! Support our local ride start shop!

See you soon!

Sunday we will head to a NEW coffee/pastry destination: Russell’s! The route is the same as Thunderbird and should put us at Russell’s around mile 26. It is almost 50 miles and is at an endurance pace typically finishing around a 17mph average speed overall. While we make great efforts to keep the group together, this is NOT a no drop ride. If you cannot hang with the group after repeated regrouping, you may get dropped. The route can be found here: https://www.strava.com/routes/9521538

The Sunday ride leaves Cups & Cones at 7:30 am.

See you soon!
