Right now the forecast for Saturday is 90% chance of rain with 14 mph winds. Sounds like fun! If the conditions are good enough in the morning we will head downtown to Mellow Johnny’s via Mt. Bonnell and Scenic drive. Stick around after the ride for some discounted burgers and beer from Lakeside!

Sunday is our usual Coffee Shop ride to Red Horn. It is 50 miles and is at a more relaxed pace than our Saturday rides, but we typically finish with a 17mph average speed overall. Red Horn is 18 miles away and is where we stop for coffee, breakfast tacos, pastries, and socializing before finishing the rest of the ride.

Both rides depart from Cups & Cones at 8:30 am.

NOTE: THE START TIME HAS CHANGED TO 8:30 AM FOR WEEKEND RIDES!

Saturday will be our 3rd attempt in a row for an excursion to the Liberty Hill store via Round Mountain. The weather looks good (but a bit cold… dress warmly!). After the ride we meet up at Lakeside (next to the start) for some discounted burgers and beer, so put that in your ride plans.
