This weekend’s weather looks great! Let’s spend it on our bikes!

This Saturday we will try a new route (for most of us anyway). This route, courtesy of Justin, takes us from Steiner to Fitzhugh and back. The entire ride is about 67 miles but since its an out-and-back those wanting a shorter ride can turn around at any point. You can see the route here: https://www.strava.com/activities/311611727 . As usual, we leave from Cups & Cones at 7:30am.

This Sunday will be another great day for a Coffee Shop Ride. We have been enjoying a usual crowd of about 6 riders but we would really like to see more of you. It is a causal paced ride to a coffee shop around 15 miles out where we socialize for a bit over a pastry before heading home for about 30 miles total. Come join us at Cups & Cones for a 7:30am departure.

Lots of rain in the forecast, but who knows what will really happen.

Saturday is the Atlas 4000 ride that some of us will be doing. It is a fun 1 way charity ride that ends at a winery in Lampasas. It isn’t too late to sign up: http://www.texas4000.org . For those not doing this ride, just show up at Cups & Cones for a 7:30am departure and we can make a game day decision on the route.

Sunday is the Coffee Shop Ride which departs from Cups & Cones at 7:30am to a coffee shop around 15 miles away where we socialize over some pastries and coffee. The pace is relaxed at around 15 mph.
