It is very wet with more intermittent rain coming throughout the day. Combine that with the current 39 degrees and 10mph winds make the riding conditions too miserable (not to mention safety issues with wet roads).
Anyone wanting to organize something later in the day (if conditions improve) should send mail out to the club.
